All low-income residents of the City of Los Angeles are eligible for the Family Source Program where the 2 main goals are to increase family's income and improve youth's academic progress. Services include referrals to the HEAP program where people can skip a payment on their utility bills, after-school tutoring, computer classes, and social services and supports offered through the community and government.
